As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will become part of our Finance & Operations team and actively support our day-to-day operations. You will work on a variety of business administration topics and gain direct insights into accounting, finance, and corporate processes. This role offers you the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical environment and gain valuable experience in a growing company.

What You Will Do:
- You will support the optimization and ongoing development of operational processes and workflows
- You will handle data entry, analysis, and maintenance in daily operations
- You will assist with processing receipts and documents (e.g., invoices and receipts) within our accounting workflows
- You will create reports, evaluations, and presentations to visualize and display relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
- You will support the team in planning and implementing various projects, e.g., in the areas of compliance and quality management
Who You Are:
- You are currently enrolled in a university degree program for at least two more years, studying Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Ideally, you already have initial practical experience in a commercial/business role or have completed a relevant vocational training
- You are interested in corporate workflows, as well as financial and administrative topics
- You possess strong analytical thinking skills and a solid command of MS Excel
- You work in a structured, diligent, and reliable manner, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English round off your profile
